Enjoy an overview of the highly popular 6 + 1 Traits of Writing and

learn a few strategies for incorporating them into your writing curriculum.

You’ll also learn about lots of free resources that will help

you teach your students the traits. Special attention will be given to

the trait of “Ideas” which helps kids find meaningful topics that can

be well developed and appealing to a reader. This session will also

help you learn a common vocabulary and vision of quality writing

performance.
