Description: Following up on previous work done on defining power standards, participants will continue to construct power standards from either existing state standards or the Core Literacy Standards. During this double-session, participants will adjust the verbs/levels of thinking required by the standard to the high end of Bloom, formulate essential questions, and select essential vocabulary. Participants must bring their content standards or the Core Literacy Standards.
