Interpreting the challenging behaviors of young children

Page history last edited by S.Brandt 7 years, 11 months ago

Description: Advances in the understanding of brain development, social-emotional development and the effects of stress offer us a useful perspective for promoting young children’s emerging capacities for the regulation of arousal, emotion, attention and behavior.  This training offers underlying principles for interpreting and responding to the often challenging behaviors of young children, as well as strategies for promoting emotional literacy and the development of self-regulation.
